The Hon'ble Mr. Justice Tapan Kumar Dutt, B. Com. (Hons.), LL.B. - Born on February 9, 1953. Passed the Indian School Certificate Examination from La Martiniere School for Boys in First Division. Passed B.Com. (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College, Calcutta. Passed LL.B. Examination from University of Calcutta. Enrolled as an Advocate on February 14, 1980. Practised in Civil and Constitutional matters in the High Court at Calcutta for 23 years. Elevated as a permanent Judge of the High Court at Calcutta on December 3, 2003.
